Shipping Policy

At Red Sun Food, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services. Please review our shipping policy below:

Local Delivery

• We offer free local delivery Monday to Friday, with deliveries scheduled by area.

• Orders must be received before the assigned delivery date to be included in the scheduled delivery.

• If an order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

  • Minimum order amount required for free local delivery:
  • Los Angeles County area: MOA $700
  • Riverside County area: MOA $1000
  • San Diego County area: MOA $1800

UPS & Truckload Shipments

• Orders requiring UPS or truckload shipping will be quoted for shipping costs first.

• A shipping quote will be sent to the customer for approval.

• Once the customer agrees to the quote and the invoice is paid, the shipment will be scheduled with the appropriate shipping carrier.

• Shipments will be arranged on the next available shipping day after payment confirmation.

Order Inspection & Issue Resolution

• Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items immediately.

• If there are any issues, damages, or missing items, contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
