Return Policy

At Red Sun Food, we take pride in providing high-quality boba tea supplies and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

We do accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns after 30 days.

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after 45 days.

If there is an issue with your order or an error on our part, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We review each case individually and will work with you to find a fair and appropriate resolution.

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. Red Sun Food will not be responsible for missing or damaged items once the proof of delivery (P.O.D.) has been signed.

Other important terms:

• A $25 service fee will be charged for any returned or bounced checks.

• A 1.5% monthly interest fee applies to late invoices.
