How much do I need to order for free local delivery?

We cover most cities in los angeles county for $700+ order, $1000+ for riverside county, and $1800+ for san diego county.

How do I order from other states?

We can do either by UPS Ground or by trucking. Trucking by pallet is usually cheaper and it's what we'd recommend.

How does the transaction work?

We will contact you and let you know once your order is ready. If it's local, you can choose free store pick up or we can delivery to you for free if it meets our MOQ policy. For out of state, both UPS or trucking we will get shipping quote for you and let you know the cost. Once the total amount of invoice and shipping is paid by you, we will schedule and ship out your order on next available day.

What if there's something wrong with my shipment?

We do our best to accurately process every order, however if you have question or issue with your order, please contact our support at info@redsunfood.com or call our office number at 626-625-5500, we will do our best to assist you and find a solution.

How do I create a new account?

Simply apply a new account on our website and fill out the form. You can find link either by clicking top right account icon, go to top menu where says "WHOLESALE" and then "Start New Account", or the link from bottom footer. After that we will contact you to walk you through the process. Please have your business information ready (and seller permit if you do business in California).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment deposit, bank wire transfer, and Zelle transfer.
